Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday/ Weidnesday/ Friday). Wholesale orders ship on Tuesday and Thursdays
- Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays
- During sales, promotions, new releases, or show travel, processing times may be extended
- Orders are processed in the order they are received
- Orders will not ship until payment has been successfully processed
We always do our best to ship as quickly as possible—thank you for your patience during busy times!
U.S. Shipping Rates
- Flat Rate Shipping: $7.99
- FREE Shipping: On orders of $100 or more (U.S. only)
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.
International Shipping
We ship internationally using USPS, and in some cases UPS may be used due to postal disruptions or global conditions.

Canada:
- 0–8 oz: $13.99
- 8.01–16 oz: $15.99
- 16.01–32 oz: $19.99
- 32.01–48 oz: $23.99
- 48.01–64 oz: $30.99
All Other Countries:
- 0–8 oz: $15.99
- 8.01–16 oz: $19.99
- 16.01–32 oz: $23.99
- 32.01–48 oz: $30.99
- 48.01–64 oz: $39.99
Orders over 4 lbs: Please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees required by their country.
- These charges are not included in your order total
- They are collected by your local customs authority or carrier
- Pajama Crafter Stamps does not collect or remit VAT for international orders
Customs processing may cause delays that are outside of our control.
Brazil Shipping Requirements
Brazilian customers must provide a valid Tax ID (CPF, CNPJ, or Passport Number).
Orders missing this information may be delayed, returned, or disposed of by customs.
High-Volume Sales & Inventory
During busy events (sales, promotions, new releases), items may sell out quickly.
- In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after your order is placed
- If this occurs, a refund will be issued before your order ships
Order Changes & Cancellations
We work quickly to process orders:
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing begins
- If you need assistance, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please verify your shipping address at checkout.
- Pajama Crafter Stamps is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
- Reshipping will require payment of a new shipping charge
Incorrect address issues may delay your order.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order ships
- Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates
- Please contact the carrier promptly if delivery issues arise
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order ships, it is in the care of the carrier.
- If tracking shows delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- If tracking does not confirm delivery, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim
We recommend shipping to a secure location whenever possible.
Returned or Refused Packages
If a package is:
- Refused
- Undeliverable
- Returned due to an incorrect address
It will be treated as a return.
The following will apply:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping fees will be deducted
- Applicable processing fees may be deducted
Refunds are issued once the package is received and inspected.
If you would like the package reshipped, a new shipping fee will apply.
Packaging & Care
We take care in packaging your order:
- Orders are securely packed using protective materials
- All shipments include a packing slip
If your package arrives damaged due to the carrier, please contact the carrier and reach out to us—we’re here to help.
