How did you come up with the name of Pajama Crafter Stamps?
Answer: Just like you we are up into the wee hours of the morning crafting in our pjs, and if you're not a night owl you're up first thing In the morning sipping coffee, crafting and in your jammies. The Founder of PCS lives in her pajamas.

What are your business hours?
Answer: 10am - 5pm edt, Mon- Fri
Do you have a rewards program?
Answer: Not at this time, but we are searching for the perfect one.
Will you be collecting sales tax?
Answer: In our home state of Kentucky we collect taxes, and at all tradeshows. As we reach a states' tax threshold, we will begin to collect taxes.
Will you mark my order as a gift or at a lower rate for orders shipping to other countries.
Answer: No We will not be able to do that. We must comply with all codes and laws in place.
Do You have an angel policy?
Answer: Yes. It's as follows:
Pajama Crafter Stamps images and products may not be distributed, swapped or sold pre-stamped/pre-cut as a craft supply.
Pajama Crafter Stamps images may not be used for logos, trademarks or promotional materials.
All artists selling their creations assume all liability and responsibility and agree to indemnify Pajama Crafter Stamps and company from disputes arising from their work.
Pajama Crafter Stamps products may not be used in any swap, rental, or lease business or any type of for profit business.
Do you have a brick and mortar store?
Answer: No, You can find us online or at stamping shows.
Do you ship everyday?
Answer: We try to ship within 2 business days. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are our typical shipping days. While attending shows we will post on the website when we are experience shipping delays.
How much is shipping in the U.S.?
Answer: Flat rate: $7.99 FREE shipping on orders $100+
Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Yes, we do! Shipping rates are based on weight and destination.
Please note that international shipping times may vary due to customs processing.
Will I have to pay customs fees or VAT?
Answer: Yes—possibly.
International customers are responsible for:
- Duties
- Taxes
- VAT
- Import fees
- These are set by your country and are not included in your order total.
Can I add items to previous orders?
Answer: Items can not be added to an existing order because the financial transaction has been completed and there is no way for us to capture additional funds to cover additional items. You can enter a new order for the additional items.
Can I combine orders?
Answer: Due to the high volume of orders that we receive we can no longer combine orders.
What if something sells out after I order?
Answer: It doesn’t happen often—but during busy launches, it can.If an item becomes unavailable:

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Pajama Crafter Stamps, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review the information below regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and your rights as a customer.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide one of the following at no additional cost to you:
• Replacement of the item
• Refund to your original form of payment
• Store credit, where appropriate
For approved claims involving defective or incorrect items, Pajama Crafter Stamps will cover any applicable return shipping costs.
RETURNS FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS
We accept returns of non-defective items purchased directly from Pajama Crafter Stamps under the following conditions:
• A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging.
• All returns require prior authorization from Pajama Crafter Stamps.
Approved returns are subject to:
• A 20% restocking fee
• Return shipping costs paid by the customer
Because returned craft products often cannot be resold as new, the restocking fee helps offset inspection, handling, and processing costs.
Refunds are issued only after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day withdrawal period expires by contacting:

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Products purchased from the CLEARANCE section marked as Final Sale
• Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or are not in original condition
• Items returned without prior authorization
• Personalized, custom-made, or special-order items
Where required by applicable law, consumer rights provided by law will apply.
RETURN TIME LIMITS
U.S. Customers:
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Returns received more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.
EU Customers:
• Withdrawal rights are governed by applicable European Union consumer protection laws.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after we receive and inspect your return.
Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears on your account.
Exchanges will be processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is:
• Refused by the customer
• Returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout
• Returned as undeliverable by the carrier
The order may be treated as a return and subject to:
• A 20% restocking fee
• Non-refundable original shipping charges

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS, DUTIES & VAT
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Pajama Crafter Stamps is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local postal authorities.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
All returns must be approved before being sent back.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. Pajama Crafter Stamps is not responsible for returns lost in transit before they are received by us.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will gladly assist customers with carrier claims involving lost or damaged shipments whenever possible.
PURCHASES FROM OTHER RETAILERS
Pajama Crafter Stamps only accepts returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from our website.
If you purchased our products from another retailer, distributor, or marketplace, please contact the original seller directly regarding their return policy.
