How did you come up with the name of Pajama Crafter Stamps?
Answer: Just like you we are up into the wee hours of the morning crafting in our pjs, and if you're not a night owl you're up first thing In the morning sipping coffee, crafting and in your jammies. The Founder of PCS lives in her pajamas.

What are your business hours?
Answer: 10am - 5pm edt, Mon- Fri
Do you have a rewards program?
Answer: Not at this time, but we are searching for the perfect one.
Will you be collecting sales tax?
Answer: In our home state of Kentucky we collect taxes, and at all tradeshows. As we reach a states' tax threshold, we will begin to collect taxes.
Will you mark my order as a gift or at a lower rate for orders shipping to other countries.
Answer: No We will not be able to do that. We must comply with all codes and laws in place.
Do You have an angel policy?
Answer: Yes. It's as follows:
- Pajama Crafter Stamps images and products may not be distributed, swapped or sold pre-stamped/pre-cut as a craft supply.
- Pajama Crafter Stamps images may not be used for logos, trademarks or promotional materials.
- All artists selling their creations assume all liability and responsibility and agree to indemnify Pajama Crafter Stamps and company from disputes arising from their work.
- Pajama Crafter Stamps products may not be used in any swap, rental, or lease business or any type of for profit business.
Do you have a brick and mortar store?
Answer: No, You can find us online or at stamping shows.
Do you ship everyday?
Answer: We try to ship within 2 business days. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are our typical shipping days. While attending shows we will post on the website when we are experience shipping delays.
Can I add items to previous orders?
Answer: Items can not be added to an existing order because the financial transaction has been completed and there is no way for us to capture additional funds to cover additional items. You can enter a new order for the additional items.
Can I combine orders?
Answer: Due to the high volume of orders that we receive we can no longer combine orders.
