At Pajama Crafter Stamps, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to providing a positive customer experience. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once confirmed, we will provide one of the following at no cost to you:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Refund to your original form of payment

We will also cover any return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.


Returns for Non-Defective Items (Customer-Initiated Returns)

We understand that sometimes an item may not work out as expected.

We accept returns of non-defective items under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging

The following will apply:

  • A 20% restocking fee
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased from the CLEARANCE section (final sale)
  • Items that have been used, altered, or are not in original condition
  • Any items returned without prior authorization

Return Time Limits

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds after 30 days from delivery

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
  • Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after we receive your return

Refused Shipments & Undeliverable Packages

If a package is:

  • Refused by the customer
  • Returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address

The order will be treated as a return and subject to:

  • A 20% restocking fee
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit

While Pajama Crafter Stamps is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or damaged packages after shipment, we will gladly assist customers in filing claims with the carrier when needed.


Orders Purchased Through Other Retailers

We only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from
Pajama Crafter Stamps.

If your item was purchased through another retailer, please contact them directly.
